HueDx does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, analytics vendors, professional advisors, or authorities when legally required.

4. CCPA Rights (California Residents)

California residents may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and request correction. HueDx does not sell personal information. Requests may be submitted to software@huedx.com.

5. GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users)

Individuals located in the EEA or UK have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and request data portability. International transfers are safeguarded through appropriate mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill contracts, or comply with legal requirements. Customer Data may be deleted following termination after a reasonable retention period.

HueDx implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Healthcare Notice

HueTools is a development platform. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA or other healthcare privacy regulations if uploading regulated health information.

9. Changes to This Policy

HueDx may update this Policy. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
